Alrighty, I'll start off with some copy-pasta from my FA page:

--------------

**I reserve the right to decline commissions at any time, for any reason I see fit.** (this will only happen in rare cases, so far I've only had to do it once in 3 years)

Commission Info:

Sketch stage: $25
Inking stage: $20 (this is optional)
Digital Colouring: $20

Additional characters are $7 each.
I currently do not offer elaborate backgrounds
I do not draw underage or cub, among other fetishes (there are way too many to list nowadays, so if you think I might draw one you're into it's best to just ask)

Payment only accepted after artwork is completed and the client has stated that it is to their satisfaction, commissions to be completed at my convenience. I will message you when the initial sketches are ready.

It's been awhile, my cartoon humans look like this *points left*. I should try something a bit less cartoony though. Whatcha have in mind?

Just some characters of me and my friends. I thought the chars would look really good/cute in the style you used for, say, the latest ad space pic.

Now, just to confirm, it's $25 for the sketch stage, and then an additional $20 to go to inked, right? And is it $7 per additional character no matter whether it's sketched or inked?

Yep and yep! Though I rarely ink nowadays, I usually just set the penciled linework as dark as I can. There's almost no difference, but inking makes it easier to fill in absolute black. I'm thinking on just taking it out altogether from the commission price list. For example, this is just pencil but to me it looks just as good as any inked picture I've done:

Dumb question: if I requested a pic of a pokemon and its trainer, would that count as two characters for the sake of a commission? I think it would, but I want to be sure.

Well, I'm actually kind of thinking that (since pokemon have plenty of pre-existing reference pictures) I wouldn't charge for an extra character. Sometimes I'll fore-go the X-character charge if it doesn't take very long to draw or if most of the character is obscured (ie. sitting at a table).

Hehe, I got the sketch and pic I wanted out of you! Mmm... Harley Quinn.

KIDDING! XD

I am seriously considering you for a commish, but I'll only make my name known when I have the money.
