This is Tomoe Hanuma, a weremonkey of some sorts, from "Kouyani Kemono Doukokusu". I've no idea what the story's about since kanji is a motherfucker for me, but I take it that she's a somewhat regular companion of the protagonist, and is a former military personnel who, along with her (former) military buddies, got hybridized with each a different animal.

Bee orgy here, artist signature is unreadable to me.

The signature reads "Melrat"; I found a gallery at ruinsofmorning.net which looks right, though the artist there uses "Tarmle" and there's no smut to speak of (that I can find).

The image is on FA but it's marked as "not my work and I don't know who's it is". Searching Penny's Partners doesn't help (it's a common term, apparently), nor does either of the artist's names, and if there's an adult archive on that site I can't find it.

It's worth noting that "Melrat' is an anagrahm of 'Tarmle'. It seems extremely likely to me that Melrat is just an alternate E-Persona so that Tarmle can make smutty images without fear of it coming back to bit him in the ass later.

The signature fairly cleary reads "Sara"; Caribou's art style has changed -dramatically- since 1996; I know she worked with Terrie and Michele (still does, actually); and this looks like her colouring style.
