I'm an aspiring author, and the novel I'm in the processes of writing is entitled simply "Pagan." It's the story of a wandering cryptid who travels the Americas and getting into a series of adventures and misadventures; the novel centers on one particular adventure where she discovers her mother is still alive, but won't be for long unless she can get to where she is in time...

I've rendered a ton of pictures featuring Pagan and the more-human cast of characters from the novel, so I'll post this one first and test the waters... see if I get a "MOAR" or a "GTFO." Oh, and Sage said it was okay, don't bother him about it. :p

That's too bad, blender can do some dynamite fur and hair effects. I learned the basics a couple years ago but I'm not really doing anything in 3D animation anymore so I've forgotten almost everything. Blender's main drawback is a lack of an intuitive layout.

Picked up the new Chickenfoot album, and since I've always paired Joe Satriani's music up with Pagan when writing her, and since Satriani's in the new group, I just had to get the album.
And I had to make a custom album cover. I highly recommend this album!!

Excellent work but I have to admit you're story sounds like it'd be an amazing comic because the designs and look of the cryptids could be really distinct and part of the draw. With novels everything is left to the imagination. Then again this sounds like it'd be golden urban fiction fare without the dozens of pages of porn catering to the female audience. Humm conundrum
