>>1339 hmm... thats unusual, well my first recommendation would probably try making the torrent in vuze, it could be a index size error, after all 35+Gs of individual Pics and archives can be dificult for the client to index in one torrent.
As for a client can only recomend these others as the other clients are usually crappy: although i've never used them, i could recommend the bitornado client if you're windows, or the transmission client if you're mac.
However i think it would be better to first "streamline" your collection(if you have room)and try making a torrent again.
Basically:
1. Seperate compressed files from uncompressed folders (to make packing the uncompressed comics easier, and to avoid compressing already compressed files)
2. Compress the folder where you keep the folders for the artists; not only will this make the torrent smaller(as it has to index every individual file; which can take considerable time, and will leave you with a humongous torrent that is dificult if not impossible to seed/download)but it will also insure the integrity of the images so nothing will get lost.
3. do not compress folders that are primarily compressed files or disk images (zips,rars,7zs,isos,etc.) as this will only take up more space and create compressed folders that are bloated(making it more likely to become corrupted.)
4. Compress swfs (if you have them in one folder); this will prevent the torrents index from getting too big with all the files.
5.try to avoid compressing videos (unless they're small and/or there is a lot of them in one folder).
6.I recommend compression in rar as they are more sturdy, have higher compression ratios, and do not have filesize limitations
7. compress the folder with the uncompressed comic folders, again same reason as with the artist folders
finally 8. avoid splitting (that is making a rar with multiple pieces) as that can make it more difficult to decompress.
Try that out and if you run into other problems let me know. ^_^
